Carlozzi of Chas. Pfizer & Co., Inc. Three of the preparations are commercially available: Terramycin Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Ointment with Polymyxin-B Sulphate, Cortril Acetate Ophthalmic Ointment (brand of hydrocortisone acetate ophthalmic ointment), and Cortril Acetate Ophthalmic Suspension with Terramycin Hydrochloride. The fourth, a combination of terramycin hydrochloride and hydrocortisone acetate in an ointment base, is under clinical investigation.
